Current- Post job requisitions, disposition candidates, schedule interviews, extend offers, move into background through Workday- Performed phone screens with candidates, evaluating qualification and interest in various DriveTime positions- Manage multiple requisitions, upwards of 6 at a time, simultaneously across different lines of business- Create and organize individual and shared trackers in Excel to document interviews, background status of candidates, and fluctuating department needs- Maintained frequent, professional, and collaborative communication between hiring managers and our team management to clarify needs, preferred candidate profile/background, interview processes, job descriptions - Planned and participated in team and company meetings events as part of our "Social Squad" team; organized potlucks, daily polls/games/trivia, holiday party, etc.- Post job requisitions, disposition candidates, schedule interviews, extend offers, move into background through Workday Skills: Career Development · Communication · Cold Calling · Recruiting
