Mission-Related Investments Coordinator
Current• Manage portfolio of over 100 active funded projects and over 600 past funded projects, totaling over $200 million. Ensure funded investigators remain in compliance with project progress and responsibilities as outlined in signed agreements. Process payments based on project milestones.• Manage all aspects of the application process, from initial pre-application through internal and external scientific review, including coordination of peer and panel reviews. • Field all inquiries from initial pre-application through project completions, including managing grants inbox.• Assist in creating new processes within grants and contracts database (Fluxx) and building those systems out within the database.• Assist in creating new RFPs within Fluxx; building out components of application.• Train new users and key partners on Fluxx administration.• Assist in contracting with academic institutions and biotechnology companies. • Monitor short- and long-term outcomes of funded projects to assess the impact of ADDF funding.• Monitor returns on investments to fulfill the ADDF’s commitment to a mission-related investment model.• Help enhance the ADDF’s long-range planning and strategy implementation.• Maintain accuracy and integrity of the grants and contracts database (Fluxx) as well as essential spreadsheets and other data collection points. • Produce reports and analyses using data pulled from the Fluxx platform as requested.• Prepare data for departments upon request. Work with the team to compile reports for various stakeholders.
