Hired as a Sr SharePoint Solutions Architect, I worked as Technical Lead with the SharePoint Service Office before the IT departments transformation into the Agile methodology. Then, acting as a Sr Solutions Architect, I contributed to the departments use and design of artifacts for project documentation, design, development, and estimation.

I was hired as a contractor but then brought on as a full-time employee, my role was to investigate the feasibility and estimate costs of the different SharePoint options (i.e. cloud based, on prem., or VITA hosted) available. For the on prem. and Office 365 solutions, I built out evaluation farms that would be capable of becoming production environments if the approval was give. Then, after determining the best option for the Department, I co-wrote the justification for the budget necessary and the approval for the solutions to go live.

Acted as the organization's primary SharePoint administrator and architect maintaing the production and staging farms. Created roadmap foundation for migration/upgrade from SharePoint 2007 to 2010.
