Provide subject matter expertise for integrating Tactical Decision Making Simulations (TDSs) and other Deployable Virtual Training Environment (DVTE) models and training capabilities into unit and formal school training programs. Operate and provide instruction on various DVTE simulations with respect to maneuver, aviation, fires, logistics, and intelligence operations (This includes language, cultural, and other individual training simulations). Assist and train designated personnel to set up the DVTE suite, develop scenarios, run the OPFOR, and control entities in the virtual environment. Determine which DVTE model, simulation, or software best supports Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) and training objectives identified by the training audience, and make appropriate recommendations. Conduct pre-event tests and evaluation of supporting databases, and parametric data. Translate (input) real world civilian, law enforcement and emergency response teams, non-combatant, Non-Government Organizations (NGOs), enemy combatants, and friendly force structures, and designated exercise terrain into the simulation database to support an exercise or series of training events. Translate a military operations order in a simulation database. Assist in collecting information from DVTE exercises and training classes for After Action Reviews. Provide feedback to exercise participants on their training and conduct post-event critique and analysis employing various after action review systems. Assist in reviewing classified material and recommends a lesser classification for use in events, models simulations, demonstrations, reports, and/or briefings.

Senior TechnicianSupervised a 5 person team on the installation, rebuild and de-installation of the Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) system. Troubleshoot and formulated the plan for corrective action to return the system to Full Mission Capable (FMC). Worked with the Military units to implement corrective actions and oversea preventive maintenance conducted by the operators. Filled out and processed work orders on all action completed on the system. Ensured that LTI’s were conducted on a monthly basis. Often worked with the site logistician for the accountability of parts used and needed. Was in charge of the site in Site Leads absence. Coordinated with other contract companies (ManTech and Niitek) and other site supporting agencies on Camp Leatherneck. Training Development Manager:Trained Soldiers and Marines to operate the HMDS GPR system. Training is a 40 hours course that consisted of 8 hours of classroom instruction and 32 hours of practical application with an average of 5 students per class. Classroom and practical application covered vehicle operations, preventive maintenance corrective services, identifying the threat, and troubleshooting the system. Administered the written test to the student and evaluated their knowledge of the system.Redeveloped and improved the training area with simulated threats that are encountered in the Area of Operation (AO) along with more challenging terrain obstacles to simulate a more realistic environment.
