Leads joint client, vendor and BIP teams in defining and implementing diverse complex people, process and technology projects across the life sciences value chain. Drove both strategy and solution implementation efforts to meet corporate and regulatory needs for clients across a variety of regulated industries, focusing on life sciences/ healthcare. Sample Projects included:Delivered strategic program and project leadership in defining and implementing business process enhancements and IT solutions across the life sciences value chain from clinical research and studies to post market surveillance and pharmacovigilance in support of a corporate divestiture. Led program success over two years through cross discipline planning and clear definition of business targets and CSV requirements. Led diverse vendors, large internal team and associated budget of over $9.5 million by defining multiple strategies for over two dozen applications that would be fully separated, shared, or cloned. Aligned teams to mitigate disruptions and ensure full compliance with CSV needs by implementation of detailed testing and cutover plans.Led team and developed SDLC documentation for a pilot of a data quality metrics and dashboard effort that analyzes the quality of customer and physician related data contained in two separate data lakes. Dashboards consisted of 20 Tableau visualizations including 50+ metrics and links back to source repositories for exceptions correction. Worked closely with client SMEs and technical staff from ideation, through development, testing and deployment. Defined the testing strategy, developed and executed test cases ensuring: data accuracy, dashboard completeness and linkage to source data. Transitioned knowledge to client who is currently expanding to additional solutions.

Led the definition and management of life sciences projects primarily in process and technology transformations to meet regulatory compliance or evolving business needs. Successfully executed both operational and IT related solutions to support post-merger integration. Led teams in full lifecycle, multi-release projects in support of pharmacovigilance goals. Coordinated all efforts of an implementation team combining client and vendor teams across multiple business groups.

Provided a variety of IT focused support to multiple clients, throughout phases of the project lifecycle, with efforts ranging from defining business and use cases to developing and managing the execution of test scenarios for a customized COTS relationship management solution. Also defined and implemented several conceptual architecture packages linking multiple legacy/new systems. Developed and garnered consensus on a governance structure to ensure alignment of enterprise architecture aspects of IT consolidation effort.
