Financial Controller (Laundries Division) and Commercial Manager - Victoria / Tasmania (Laundries Division)

Group Commercial Accountant role : Consolidation of Group Results / Management reporting on a monthly basis / Budgets and variance analysis / Statutory reporting - half and full year / Project team for SAP implementation).

Contract role - QAD system implementation including esuring system successfully implemented on time including : Building BOM's and ensuring accuracy of costs , review of product margins and ensure accuracy of inventory valuations. Review QAD procedures and training for end users.

Project Accounting Manager role focusing on a potential acquisition. Key responsibilities including : Development and updating of Financial Models, perform and analyse 'what if' scenarios. Others tasks included : implementation and documentation of Group processes , implementation of new fixed asset register and assisted with month end group reporting.

Finance Director role with responsibility for Finance and Admin functions of company. Responsibilities included all Financial and Management reporting , Managing import shipments and FOREX and Managing Bank funding facilities. Key Business Partner to MD in recommending and implementing business process/procedure improvements.

Financial Controller role responsible for finance function of company including all monthly management reporting , statutory reporting as well as Budget and Strategic plan preparation.

Promotion to Senior Finance leadership role in Australia. Role responsible for full finance function including all monthly reporting both financial and management. Key financial advisor to MD and a member of local management team. Contributed to developing new business model (buy /sell) and in evaluating new and sucessfully implementing new product launches. Also a heavy focus on logistics relationships with business partners / service providers.

Financial Controller role (reporting to Finance Director) responsible for all reporting and integrity of G/L, Budgeting / Forecasting and management of logistics function. Also management of Trade Spend and Marketing spends to budget and reporting. Achievements include successful systems implementation of QAD Project on time and to budget. Involvement in multi-fuctional NPD Project teams to evaluate and assess financial risks and opportunities.
