With 30 years of experience in education, I have dedicated my career to teaching, mentoring, and leading in diverse educational settings. I began my journey as a special education teacher, working across all grade levels and subjects. In 2003, I relocated to Africa, where I have since evolved as an administrator, curriculum developer and educational leader.Currently, I serve as the Head of Educational Programming at NBA Academy Africa, where I am responsible for preparing students for successful transitions to U.S. universities, prep schools, junior colleges, and professional leagues. My role involves designing and implementing rigorous academic programs that equip students with the skills and knowledge they need to excel.Additionally, as a consultant at KIES Educational Services, I oversee curriculum development and mentor teachers in an alternative elementary/middle school setting. My passion lies in creating inclusive and dynamic learning environments that inspire growth and achievement for all students.
