Primary responsibilities:- manage all aspects of contract service agreement including personnel, finance, project development/management, productivity metric development/reporting, customer relations, employee administration, interview/hire and training- facilitate operations; collect, interpret, analyze and distribute information on current projects, delegating assignments, preparing and submitting project timetables, managing day-to-day operations and adhering to customer requests- coordinate and improve transition of new product model/documentation via TeamCenter/community within California, Austin and GDC India R&D, vendor collaboration and production.- provide project leadership on all assignments; solid understanding of the “big picture”- plan and coordinate immediate, long term goals and objectives for contract services and resources - co-authored and managed $2M annual contract as well as developing budgets and forecasts on a quarterly basis- organize and direct employees, making sure they understand overall goals and objectives pertinent to respective task responsibilities to each project, deadlines and individual and team expectations - estimate resource requirements, report metrics to customer management weekly and review quarterly business with Applied MaterialsTasks:Technical illustration – AutoCAD/Inventor/UGNX/Vis-ToolsDrafting/Checkers – Check all drawings for compliance to defined standards (GD&T, ANSI-ASME)CAD modeling – Create/modify complex models (Inventor/UGNX/SolidWorks)Technical writing – Create QA and other SOP documentsProject management – R&D transitions to production, corporate entity transition to vendor, process transition (eMatrix/Inventor, UGNX/TeamCenter)
