I am a senior IT Professional with over 20 years of experience within the IT industry including system administration, storage administration, database administration and network administration. Recent experience includes deployment of systems, system design, and development and cloud implementation. Substantial experience utilizing AWS tools to manage an infrastructure within the Amazon Web Services (AWS) like S3 buckets, Elastic Load Balancers, and ec2 instances. Extensive knowledge with the deployment of security tools in AWS such as SPLUNK, DUO Security, Barracuda Web Application Firewall, Trend Micro and ForgeRock along with in depth understanding of each one of them. Experienced in implementing Organization DevOps strategy in various operating environments of Linux and windows servers along with cloud strategies of Amazon Web Services. Experience with developing and managing databases with the AWS RDS. Proficient in writing Cloud Formation Templates to build the AWSservices utilizing Infrastructure as a Code. Implemented automation using Configuration Management with Ansible and SaltStack. My goal is to help provide direction and guidance for an IT branch within a government agency.
