Managed, tracked, and processed the ticket sales and seat assignments for all 3,000 guests at the 76th annual Tony Awards. Managed communication with 175 Tony Award nominees and their respective managers and press agents regarding their tickets to the Tony Awards ceremony, the Tony Nominee Luncheon, and the Meet the Nominees press event. Produced the annual Tony Nominee Luncheon at the Rainbow Room for approximately 200 guests.

Worked directly with the Director of Tony Awards Administration to enter and proof all data for award eligibility and voting ballots for the 75th annual Tony Awards (information directly provided to Tony Administration Committee, Tony nominators, and Tony voters). Adjusted and updated information in Tony Awards Database as-needed.Fact-checked and confirm any historical facts and ‘firsts’ for Tony nominations and awards for various press agents, putting this year’s nominations/awards in a greater historical context. Oversaw the ongoing collection, analysis, and dissemination of weekly, annual, and seasonal box office statistics (gross revenue and attendance) for Broadway in NYC and Touring Broadway across North America. Maintained seasonal statistics and grosses database; maintained tour route database of every past and present national tour. Maintained current audience demographic and industry economic impact figures as part of the League's longitudinal market research efforts. Managed the content and data entry for the Internet Broadway Database (IBDB.com), a public, historical database, archiving the history of every Broadway production in NYC from the present back to its inception, and the history of Touring Broadway productions. Project managed the research of and data entry for all national tours listed on IBDB; includes tracking down weekly tour route, opening night cast and all subsequent replacements, as well as creative team and production staff. Created internal database for reference and storage of these assets.
