I spent most of my adult life in elite level basketball (42 yrs). I was the youngest coach in Oregon history when I took my first coaching job in 1980 at St Mary's Academy at 20 years old. I remain the youngest coach to ever coach male or female in our state championship game in Oregon. We made the finals in 1980 and won the state championship in 1984 85 and 86. I was the top assistan southern California where we went to two final fours during my time there. I was recognized as one of the top recruiters in the nation I left Long Beach take later
