In my capacity as VP for Charter One Bank, I was responsible for cultivating a multi-million dollar loan origination portfolio, financing local, regional and national developers commercial real estate needs. I performed all credit analysis, underwriting, and loan committee presentations. Further responsibilities included complying with all aspects of portfolio management and identifying / closing cross sales opportunities including Treasury Management, Derivative, International and other Bank retail products.

Further responsibilities included assisting in originating debt through cultivating broker relationships, traveling for on-site asset analysis, extensive market analysis, and preparation / presentation of loan committee packages.
