As part of the Africa-Asia Merchandise Team, my responsibilities included being a role model for the Disney Brand and holding cast accountable for delivering on industry leading service standards. I have several main projects in the area including Cast and Manager schedules, Smart Stock, and Environmentality. Additionally, I am also our subject matter expert for financial reporting and analysis. On a weekly basis I complete basic modeling and provide analysis on store performance.

As an Assistant Store Manager, my general responsibility is to lead and hold employees accountable to industry-leading guest service standards, ensure employees needs in the workplace are met, and deliver on business goals. In the Kidzone area of the Universal Studios Park I oversee our pin trading cart, which is responsible for over 1 million dollars in revenue each fiscal year. I monitor inventory, make display changes, and assure show quality standards are met to drive revenue. I also ensure front of house and stock training standards and processes are met, in order to deliver on a seamless and pleasant guest experience. Additionally, I also developed new Training materials for cross training following the area merger between Expo and Kidzone. I also coached current trainers, while identifying future training talent.

As a Merchandise Guest Experience Manager at the Walt Disney World Resort it was my responsibilityto balance the guest experience, employee satisfaction, and business results. In the Park Arrival area at Epcot, I managed our Leader Time Plan, Reusable Bag Initiatives, and our vending operation.

As a Merchandise Coordinator in Zone 3 at Disney Springs it was my responsibility to oversee day-to-day operations. Additionally I dealt with Guest concerns, coached and provided feedback to Cast Members, prepare reports regarding revenue goals, and lead the Cast in utilizing the Four Keys Basics to create positive guest experiences. I was also appointed by leadership to co-lead several special assignments including Guest Recovery at Days of Christmas, College Program, and Safety.

Participated as a Merchandise intern in the Disney College Program. As a part of the Zone 3 Disney Springs team, which includes the Art of Disney, Disney's Wonderful World of Memories, Design-A-Tee, Goofy's Candy Co., and Disney's Days of Christmas, I was trained in our POS (Point of Sale), engraving and stitching machines, and floor stocking. Each day focused on guest interaction and providing the best product possible. I was also a member of the safety committee, which meant I was passionate about safety and was responsible for weekly and monthly safety walks in the zone. I was also made an official Disney Trainer, where my responsibilities included training new cast members to work at the Art of Disney, Disney's Days of Christmas, and Wonderful World of Memories.

I was a Games and Rec track leader at MFuge the summer of 2013. I was responsible for teaching a Bible study, leading kids and adults on a missions site in downtown Greenville, SC and was also responsible for being a church host every week. During the summer of 2014 I was a Games and Rec track leader again, this time in Louisville, Ky. My responsibilities increased as I was also appointed Rec Trainer for our staff, and was a Family Group leader.
