Involved from project conception through to de-installation, I strive to make the impossible, possible. From site surveys to production ready technical drawing packs and assembly guides. I am responsible for relaying an in-depth understanding of construction methodologies, as well as the materials and finishes needed for all types of designs; be it sculpting, metalwork, woodwork, acrylic or developing files CNC.

My role as Lead Technical Designer at Millington Associates, centres around but not limited to taking projects from concept to completion. Producing seasonal window schemes, shop fits and fixtures for various high profile high street and independent brands alike. Working alongside the project management and production teams to develop innovative and forward thinking features.

Blacks VM is one of the UK's leading British retail design and display companies. This has been established through our design and manufacture of eye catching and dramatic displays for leading retailers across the world.

My role as Assistant Project Manager is to approve current and future shop fit out proposals for all of Menswear and Children’s wear across the UK. Working within a small team in store development, my role allows me to liaise with various brands / contractors & suppliers, coordinating them with stores while working to a seasonal enabling programme; creating documents and trackers to procure funding for house brands; brand design and spacial planning, working with the buying teams to ensure that shop fit outs are developed to reflect brand identity and overall style of products; developing new floor fixtures for house brands; developing and improving the company financially each season; reviewing site surveys and producing CAD drawings.

As an Assistant Store Manager at HEM my role entailed promoting and selling the brand; appointing a strong team at the helm, for the companies first introduction to the London retail market; employee training and development; developing employee culture for the brand; technical maintenance; client liaising; spacial planning; events management & planning; store visuals.
