I currently oversee the daily operations and strategic priorities of the company’s Exchange architecture team focused mainly on executing email system mergers and migrations and concurrently manage and support engineering and operations projects. I am responsible for the daily management of a 300,000-mailbox internal corporate Exchange email system. During my tenure, I have directed a large-scale email merger project impacting 50,000 mailboxes in four separate divisions following the merger of AT&T and Time Warner. I also played a critical role in various migrations and messaging merger activities, among other key work.

In this role, I led role and managed the administration of the company’s exchange operations and directed an engineering team in all related deliverables. During my tenure, I also directed the migration of the DirecTV email system merger and migrated 25,000 accounts with zero service disruption. I am proud to have been selected by senior leadership to travel to the Czech Republic and train a Czech-based team on AT&T’s email system as the company expanded its technical operations and teams in the region. I also consistently maintained 100% availability for the Exchange environment, among other key work.

In this role, I led systems administration and exchange operations initiatives following the in-sourcing of EDS personnel by AT&T. I provided Exchange operations support across the company’s West and Southeast region spanning 22 states and transitioned support for Blackberry, LCS, and Faxination to internal AT&T groups. During my tenure, I also enabled an Exchange 2003 migration by preparing the environment, consolidating standards, and other key work.

I was promoted following the outsourcing of BellSouth personnel to EDS to provide third-tier operational support for Microsoft Exchange 2003, Active Directory, Blackberry Enterprise Server, Live Communication Server, Faxination, and other areas. I led and mentored a team of 10 technical staff, created operational and support processes and procedures, and enabled ongoing improvements.
