With over 40 years real estate experience focused on the industrial and logistics market, I am widely regarded as one of the UK's leading experts in the sector.I am a Chartered Surveyor and an experienced Town Planner.I was Head of LSH's industrial & Logistics business until joining JLL in 2013 to establish and lead the Strategic Occupier Solutions team within JLL's Industrial & Logistics team. I joined Savills in March 2023 to lead their Industrial & Logistics Occupier Advisory team in the UK business.I have extensive experience of complex site acquisitions, development schemes and major Build to Suit projects and pre-lets. For the last 30 years I have specialised in advising corporate occupier clients on acquisitions, disposals and strategic advice throughout the UK particularly in the Big Box Market in both the logistics and manufacturing sectors. I have extensive experience with E-commerce, automated, multi temperature and multi modal facilities.In 2020/2021 I personally acquired over 10 million sq ft of industrial/logistics space across the UK.Uniquely, I also have extensive lease advisory experience (including Expert Witness work) and have undertaken some of the largest and most complex Big Box rent reviews and lease renewals across the UK.My key occupier clients include Tesco, Boots, Alliance, Royal Mail, Wayfair, GXO (Clipper), Iron Mountain, Sysco, John Lewis Partnership, Ball Packaging, Fyffes, NHS and JTI.
