When working at Yo Wild, a frozen yogurt shop, I assisted customers, ensured cleanliness, counted revenue made at close of shift, performed closing duties which included locking up, storing perishables, cleaning yogurt machine, locking up the store, setting the alarm and taking out the trash. I was an asset because I was available, diligent in my job duties and gave excellent customer service.When working as a front desk agent I was checking hotel guests in and out; using a multi-line system; assisting hotel customers as needed; working with and assisting management as needed; addressing inquiries made via websites; completing room reservations; preparation, serving and cleanup of complimentary breakfast; general cleaning and upkeep. I was an asset because I strove to provide the best customer service to the guests of the hotel. I was told by management I was their best worker, polite, very reliable and excelled in handling stressful and difficult situations. I was often complimented by the guests and received bonuses from management that were directly tied to the reviews received by hotel guests.Education: I have received an Honors High School Diploma, and have an Associates degree in General Studies with BYU-Idaho currently pending.Various Achievements and Volunteer Work: Cross Country for four years & received varsity letter.
