CurrentAs the Director of Nurse Communication After Hours, Inc. I am responsible for the overall well being of the company. A little of what I do is: hiring, firing, ninety day/quarterly/annual reviews of 40+ staff members, promotions, budgeting, payroll, market for new clients, start/close clients and negotiate the contract, host monthly Lead and Team meetings, attend weekly leadership meetings for weekly target goals, create quality improvement action plans based on trends for each client, attend phone conferences with the 200+ clients across the country, visit the clients for a face to face meeting if necessary, do a walk through of the company for visiting clients, attend monthly IDT meetings, attend monthly Safety Committee meetings, create and update policy and procedure for the company including the overall Standards of Practice, lastly,utilize SMART and SWOT goals to continue to make the company better on a daily basis with the long term goal in mind. I have created all the protocols for each branch of each company as well as all training manuals for my company.
