DoD Civilian, at 12th Air Force (Air Forces Southern). Currently serving as an Executive Event Planner, my title is Chief of Protocol. I plan and execute all major and minor events for my General Officer. I provide administrative support through agendas, itineraries, seating and welcome letters. I provide logistic support through securing transportation, lodging, event venues and providing security support as needed.I represent the Government in all off base contracts regarding hotel venues for major international conferences. We host yearly conferences involving 14+ separate nations within South America, Latin America and the Caribbean. Over 100 personnel in attendance over a span of 5 days.
