A self managing, loyal and versatile software developer with a strong customer focus, who combines technical skills with an eye for layout and design. I am known to go to great lengths, not only to deliver my projects on time but to make them as good as possible. The large variety of assignments and projects during my rather long career has made me good at quickly getting the grasp of new concepts, technologies and environments.My current career started in 1998 as a co-founder of a small multimedia and virtual reality company. Besides running the company my main tasks were software development, 3D graphics and animations as well as taking care of the company's IT infrastructure.Later the company was acquired by another company and within the new organization my role was changed into being a consultant with programming and software development as my specialty. Since around 2010 I have almost exclusively been working with software development, utilizing various languages and development platforms. Other assignments have been focused on technical writing/illustration and 3D graphics. My customers have mostly been found within the mechanical and manufacturing industries.
