Direct and supervise team of 18 intelligence and operational research analysts to enhance work progress, budget, recruitment, and career development. Utilize various intelligence streams to conduct intelligence assessments and crafted detailed review reports of Russia and Iran CWMD topics. Deliver effective training to new analysts on DTRA priorities and strategic approaches of CWMD topics, enhancing their skills and performance. Provide expert-level support and guidance to forward deployed special operations teams regarding potential mission critical vulnerabilities to accomplish desired outcomes.  Succeeded in managing high-performing team of 18+ intelligence professionals, meeting targeted business objectives. Instructed senior leaders regrading CWMD priorities and analyzing future investments in foreign CWMD participation by DTRA.

Led 135 special operations personnel within multiple combat zones while serving as Joint Force Senior Enlisted Advisor. Acted as principal advisor to commander on all aspects of personnel, readiness, and training. Managed overall intelligence collection operations across CENTCOM region to ensure smooth workflow. Consolidated multiple intelligence streams into common operating pictures to increase operational reach, freedom of action, and prolonged endurance. Developed portfolio of Concept of Operations for command staff.  Protected overall forces of several forward operating bases in Iraq and other areas within CENTCOM and AFRICOM AORs. Directed training and deployment of clandestine and cover intelligence collection joint task force of 225 personnel.

Maintained optimal program oversight through cost benefit analysis as well as efficiency/feasibility and continuity assurance studies. Conducted case data research and trend analysis on WMD investigations to include findings into training courses. Developed numerous educational products such as eLearning modules, instructional guides, resource materials, and training alerts to enhance learning process. Gained in-depth knowledge of intel products to prepare course materials within FBI’s WMD Directorate and Training Unit. Mitigated intelligence and training gaps for special agents, responding to WMD threats/investigations while serving as liai-son between multiple agencies. Developed WMD course curriculum and oversaw FBI’s Weapons of Mass Destruction Agent Certification program.

 Crafted new response doctrine and reviewed existing policies, including chemical, biological, and radiological response for EPA and national decontamination team. Prepared effective training material for EPA members on various topics such as chemical, biological, and radiological re-sponse, enhancing their skills and knowledge. Provided technical and scientific expertise on environmental contamination and WMD response to several WGs and task forces for federal response assets.

 Developed and delivered training curriculum to Republic of Tajikistan through US state department sponsorship. Directed overall policy development procedures for local, state, and federal WMD responders as well as conducted de-tailed WMD investigations to determine source and lethality of suspected threats. Initiated local intelligence products related to WMD response and provided regional threat assessments to state and fed-eral responders. Trained team of 22 personnel, while maintaining specialty certifications for all members; Contributed to several State and Federal working groups to provide technical expertise in WMD response and scene management.
