Currently use Unigraphics NX7.5, Pro Engineer 4.0, Geomagic 12.0 to prepare compressor blades and vanes for Modal and Harmonic Analysis. Analysis is done using ANSYS software for correlation to physical testing. I am knowledgeable in the process of Laser Holography. I also use FEM Tools to do Modal Assurance Criteria or MAC to compare FEA data to actual lab testing. In addition I am the Building Facilities Manager in Palm Beach Gardens.

I have extensive training and hold many certifications in Finite Element Analysis. I also managed all of the Static, Dynamic and Vibration Testing. This included instrumenting vehicles at proving grounds and collecting road data with Drive software from Roush Industries. Taking the road data and exporting it into drive files using Instron software. The drive files were then used on a servo valve hydraulic four poster shaker that I setup and run. Our Products at Jac consisted of Plastic, Aluminum, Stainless Steel and Galvanized Steel Parts. I am very familiar with injection molding practices as well as the strength of plastic due to my Finite Element Experience. I was instrumental in implementing several testing fixtures, saving our company hundreds of thousands of dollars annually. In addition, I also was the Building Facilities Manager, responsible for the relocation and renovations of the company on numerous occasions.

Static/Vibration/Thermal and CAE AnalystReliability Testing for Tier 1 Automotive Supplier * Extensive training on Finite Element Analysis includes attending numerous seminars, training classes and attending the ANSYS Conference every other year to stay current with the latest upgrades. Currently use ANSYS 11.0 & 12.0 both in Workbench and Classic modes. * The next project in 1997 was to purchase and set up a servo valve hydraulic four-poster vibration test cell to recreate proving ground simulations. This was accomplished through the collecting of road data with a laptop, using tri axial accelerometers and creating drive files on the four-poster test rig. By implementing the vibration test cell, the need for outsourcing the tests was eliminated which continues to save the company thousands of dollars each year.Additional duties included executing Static, Vibration and Thermal Analysis on Plastic, Aluminum and Metal roof rack parts both in house and at various testing sites as well as on customers proving grounds. This included installing accelerometers on vehicles at proving grounds and collecting road data and exporting it into drive files using Instron software. The drive files were then used on the four poster shaker table. I also performed reliability studies and tests on component and assembly parts. In addition I fabricated fixtures from drawings for executing tests. I am very knowledgeable with lathes, milling machines, drill presses, cutting saws, welding and plasma cutting equipment. I was responsible for acquiring new state of the art testing equipment, instruments, fixtures as well as software and hardware.

Static/Vibration/Thermal and CAE AnalystReliability Testing for Tier 1 Automotive Supplier Primary Duties: develop, implement, document and improve product reliability monitoring programs. Design and manage the collection of data from the field, in-house accelerated test programs, and product characterization testing. Develop test procedures and equipment to accelerate and detect product failure mechanisms known to exist in the field and prediction of product lifetime. Responsible for data collected and analysis of both internal and external reports.
