• Supporting all of CBS for North America, supporting network connectivity, passwords, email, MS Office, PC & laptop hardware, printers, MFD’s, and various mobile devices.• Respond to email and voice mail requests/problems.• Redirect users to the correct personnel for issues not supported by the service desk.• Follow-up on calls by contacting the user with status updates• Document all worked performed into a incident management system.

• Supporting over 8000 CG employees, taking 30-50 calls a day supporting network connectivity, passwords, email, MS Office, PC & laptop hardware, printers, MFD’s, and various mobile devices.• Create procedural, trouble-shooting, and how to’s documentation for our Knowledge Management System (KMS).• Respond to email and voice mail requests/problems.• Redirect users to the correct personnel for issues not supported by the service desk.• Follow-up on calls by contacting the user with status updates• Document all worked performed into an incident management system.• Order Blackberry’s, wireless air cards, cell phones, and pagers.• Setup and provide loaner laptops, blackberries, and wireless air cards.• Provide training for new team members• Follow up on high and critical priority infrastructure system/server outages.• Lead various department projects.• Work with other IT support groups to ensure the service desk is equipped with proper system access and knowledge to support various systems and applications.

• Supporting over 30,000 Deloitte users across the nation, taking 30-50 calls a day supporting network connectivity, passwords, email, MS Office, PC & laptop hardware, printers, Blackberry and Treo mobile devices• Extensive VPN support for mobile users in various network environment and configurations, wired and wireless, at client sites and personal residences.• Follow-up on calls by contacting the user with status updates• Redirect users to the correct personnel for issues not supported by our helpdesk.• Document all worked performed into a database system.
