Current▪ Utilize various NDE methods and API knowledge in the inspection of pressure vessels, storage tanks, and piping covering the entire site of Fortron Industries, Wilmington, NC. ▪ Material selection and metallurgical reviews for in service and new project fabricated equipment. ▪ Evaluating inspections, database, and work performed per applicable codes and NDE standards. ▪ Established and maintained an inspection program based on local and code requirements. ▪ Manage inspection database and perform API and NDE inspections site wide. ▪ Lead and manage repairs, new equipment installation, and code compliance. ▪ Manage and lead mechanical integrity inspections, database management, and repair project at both the Wilmington and Shelby, NC manufacturing sites. ▪ Corporate database development lead team member. Pilot plant and multi-site execution. ▪ Corporate internal audit support.
