My main attributes are the ability to organise and delegate tasks to the relevant personnel on a day to day basis to ensure that projects are achieved on time and under budget. I have a broad and extensive knowledge in estimation, cost control, project planning and management.Most importantly I am highly focused on completing all work in a way that minimises the risks to the work crews and the environment, and have a zero tolerance to non compliance. Overall I have thirty years experience in the construction, mining and maintenance industries predominately in Scaffold and Rigging and believe I can offer a wealth of experience to any prospective employers, having spent the last twelve years as a Supervisor/Manager and several years previous as a leading hand. I have also recently completed Cert. IV in Work Place Health and Safety.
