Responsible for multidisciplinary teams across mechanical, electrical, structural and civil disciplines, working for our Clients to complete maintenance and minor projects works. Developed and lead safety initiatives and programs on site in line with Client and site Owner requirements, to ensure that the safety and health procedures are followed at all times. Developed and reviewed work permits and JHAs to ensure safety of all workers is maintained throughout the tasks undertaken.Developed comprehensive work schedules and plans using the Microsoft Office suite and SAP, to identify resource requirements for both long term and short term maintenance projects. Planning for works involved resource and equipment identification, budget forecasts and expenditure plans, and material and sub-contractor procurement and engagement to ensure that maintenance and project tasks commenced on time and in line with Clients schedule and budget requirements
