Project management of site based works in major industry facilities within the Gladstone region. Responsible for multidisciplinary teams across mechanical, electrical, structural and civil disciplines, working for our Clients to complete maintenance and minor projects works. Developed and lead safety initiatives and programs on site in line with Client and site Owner requirements, to ensure that the safety and health procedures are followed at all times. Developed and reviewed work permits and JHAs to ensure safety of all workers is maintained throughout the tasks undertaken.Developed comprehensive work schedules and plans using the Microsoft Office suite and SAP, to identify resource requirements for both long term and short term maintenance projects. Planning for works involved resource and equipment identification, budget forecasts and expenditure plans, and material and sub-contractor procurement and engagement to ensure that maintenance and project tasks commenced on time and in line with Clients schedule and budget requirements

Engineering support to construction crews in piping, mechanical and structural disciplines Planning and scheduling of work scopes for completion in required time frames Co-ordinating with client for scope inspection and sign off Management of Quality Assurance systems Management and sign off of relevant test packs and construction turnover packages Participation in client walk downs and developing systems for completing Punch Lists Development of system restoration and completion packages Documentation of all Non Conformance and Field Change reports within our work scope Management of all subcontractor Requests for Information Management and scheduling of all relevant Closure Welds Development of Inspection Test Records where required or not supplied Ensure all work carried out is to client and industry standards and specifications Development of work permits once plant in commissioning stage Assisting with scoping and development of additional site test packages
