In 2004, I became an Emergency dispatcher. Over the course of the next 10 years I progressed to other roles in training, quality assurance and supervision. Skilled in writing policy/procedure, training, Human Resources, quality assurance, and hiring. Strong customer success supported by a Master's degree focused in Human Resources Management, and a bachelors in General Administration from Colorado State University Global.I'm currently looking to transition from 911 shift work to a Human Resource position.
