As Multi-Unit Manager (MUM) oversees the operations of 3 - 6 stores. The MUM strengthens the connection between Field Operations and Team Panda to support the Panda's vision.

As Training Leader position is responsible for serving as a successful General Manager while also training Assistant Manager and General Manager in training. TL manages a successful store while keeping the pipeline of future quality store managers filled with fulfilling Panda's vision.
