As a graduate of the Technical University of Mombasa with a Diploma in Telecommunication and Information Engineering, I have a solid foundation in the fundamentals of Telecommunications Engineering, such as IT systems, databases, installations, research, testing, and commissioning UX. I also hold CISCO, IBM, Alison and AFRALTI certifications, covering emerging technologies, digital experience, CCNA and Cyber Security. These demonstrate my passion for learning new skills and exploring new opportunities in the ICT field.I currently work as an IT Support Specialist at Neumann Kaffee Gruppe (NKG), where I provide technical assistance and system administration for the company's ICT infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, Windows, Linux servers, and networking. I ensure that the IT systems are reliable, secure, and efficient and that the ICT service delivery and customer satisfaction are high. For example, I recently helped to implement a cloud-based backup solution that reduced the risk of data loss and improved the recovery time in case of a disaster. I also collaborated with the ICT team to troubleshoot and resolve various issues, such as network connectivity, software updates, and hardware failures. I enjoy working with a diverse and dynamic team, and I am always eager to contribute to the company's goals and vision.
