My most recent position was as a sales intern with Mars Wrigley. I joined the category team for 15 weeks to take over monthly reporting, VA, identify opportunities within new Canadian households and create deep-dives into innovation launch strategies. My projects gave me exposure to Nielsen, Numerator and PowerBI, where I learnt to collect, organize, and present data. Outcomes included me sharing key category insights with senior Mars leaders, creating triple wins within key accounts, and guiding brand managers' innovation plans within the chocolate and candy categories. I first worked as a keyholder at Hollister Co. where I applied my strategy and sales skills to improve store efficiency, improve customer conversion, and oversee store operations. I worked with and supported a team of 40+ associates, developed and implemented sales strategies, and created individual development plans with struggling workers. My contributions were highlighted when store sales targets were exceeded three months in a row. I am motivated to learn and improve, and I aim to bring my problem-solving skills to any welcoming team!
