Innovated Secure Enterprise Solutions for passenger, baggage and infrastructure systems.I designed and integrated all LAN based common use systems, commencing with CUTE at Houston Intercontinental Airport(IAH). Additionally, I lead SITA's Technical Steering Committee which was tasked with defining new solutions, enhancing product features and setting global industry standards.Early on I envisaged and developed a NetBIOS to IP translator, in conjunction with a remote management system which enabled existing airline applications to run in distributed environments, yielding the CUTE LITE Product line. Later in collaboration, with several industry standards groups, I defined and developed a universal 2D Bar Code Translator which enabled billions of dollars in cost savings to the Air Transport industry.I lead provisioning of the industry’s first MPLS airport network to Toronto Airport (YYZ), while at the same time designing the first Common Use Single Sign On ( SSO) Voice over IP (VoIP) system which is on display at CISCOs Corporate demo center. Leading a cross functional team we achieved the industries only PCI compliance listing for a Common Use systems provider. As an early innovator of Self Boarding Gates, I created an emulation mode to provide compatibility with existing customers boarding applications, which promoted wider global adaption. I developed a hybrid Cloud solution which Virtualized SITA'S entire distributed product line including Passenger, Baggage, Resource Management and Business Intelligence. The VASL product is a scalable, fully redundant hybrid cloud solution which is operating in Portugal and Tel Aviv.
