- Review and follow up demanded items and take necessary action toward discrepancies with concerned suppliers- Review and follow up Prices, Payment conditions and delivery dates with suppliers- Arrangement of shipments for goods and ensuring transportation as well as warehousing of products- Prepare goods delivery status reports- Responsible for the billing and settling freight bill claims with carriers and re-routing of freights as and when needed- Follow the rules about international transportation- Avoid wastage and reduce operational costs- Update logistics database to include updated prices and annual achievements - Responsible for creation and preforming the logistic standard operating procedures between suppliers- Follow up the execution of logistics tasks related to direct foreign orders and guarantee the fulfillment of orders to all parties - Fully aware with domestic rules regarding customs and import

- Assist Sales Manager in following up with Pending Offers/Orders, and expected inquires- Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost, and efficiency of the movement of storage and goods- Coordinating and controlling order cycle and associated information systems- Analyzing logistical problems and producing new solutions- Preparation of customs documentation and classification- Ensure products are delivered to the proper location on time and on schedule
