Fulfill formal management role for an electrical engineering team supporting the design, development and testing of an on board flight test equipment system. This includes performance management and development of the team, program management including scheduling and Earned Value Management (EVM) responsibilities, managing major supplier contracts, and providing technical reviews and support.

Supporting aircraft system test and certification as the lead engineer over the avionics systems. The team is made up of systems engineers that are experts in their respective fields of the aircraft systems and lab testing.

Own the technical design and responsibilities for flight system and ground system wire design and cables, starting with customer requirements and fulfilling the product lifecycle through product development, acceptance and qualification testing, production manufacturing, and fielding for the customer for long term performance.

Equipment Installation:-Support production of military aircraft through design improvements and new engineering design.

Field Equipment Group: -Satisfy customer needs through new design and design improvement of potato harvesters. -Research and development of new potato planting equipment. Electrical and Hydraulic Controls Group:-Support engineering design of electrical wire bundles for prototype potato harvesters. -Update and improve wire drawings and schematics to incorporate new engineering. -Assist in database management of hydraulic parts into 3D CAD software.
