Responsible for leading a team of over 75 people to achieving sales, margin, inventory and expense targets through innovative merchandising, supplier relationships, building great teams and developing and executing the strategic direction for the front store. Responsible for total front store $18B in revenue incl. $3B Private Brand and $5B imports.

Selected by the CEO to lead a special project with BCG to redefine and redesign the front store business model. The model was tested and eventually rolled out to all stores over an extended period of time through remodels.

Lead the front store Consumer Healthcare team to achieve all financial targets and $2.5B in revenue.

Lead the Consumables and photo teams generating $1.5B in revenue.

Managed all aspects of Cosmetics, Fragrances, Beauty Control Brands and Cosmetic bags and accessories for all stores.

All Direct Store Delivery products for all stores.

Developed a new role to manage the operations of all beauty categories in all stores through a field merchandising team of 82 field team members.
