This new Train Management System provides all the features of legacy CAD systems with a PTC interface and the integration of a new vital safety server. This vital safety server will allow roads to centralize the concepts and logic used in train signaling systems in the back office and move away from traditional fixed-block signal systems to a moving block concept that utilizes the PTC investment that has been made in the industry by the roads.
