A highly skilled senior investigator with twenty six years of operational law enforcement & investigative experience serving with the New South Wales Police Force. With a strong sense of community safety and protection I have a passion for Major Crime and Organised Crime Investigations. With my years of service I have developed skills across several areas including criminal investigations, leadership and management, work health and safety, emergency management, security risk management and operational surveillance. With fifteen of my serving years being that of a Sergeant/Detective Sergeant Team Leader, I have a collaborative approach to leadership along with the aptitude to foster a team-orientated environment, I am well-versed in managing complex operations, and in delegating and supervising work assignments to promote effectiveness in all facets of providing results. With exceptional communication skills and a high level of integrity I have the ability to build strong partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders to provide the best possible outcome for the community.
