I bring over 19 years of leadership experience across diverse industries, primarily focused on operations throughout the West Coast region. I’ve had the privilege of overseeing teams in San Diego, Palm Springs, Orange County, the Inland Empire, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Sacramento. My passion lies in fostering employee wellness and morale, while also maintaining a relentless focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. I prioritize the continuous development of my teams through one-on-one coaching and mentorship, with the goal of shaping the next generation of leaders.Throughout my career, I’ve managed large teams in both commercial and residential sectors, specializing in property tours, service operations, and multi-unit project coordination. I started out as a field technician and quickly moved into management roles, where I’ve had the opportunity to lead operations across multiple West Coast markets. My experience spans the entire lifecycle of operations management—from service delivery and customer satisfaction to team development and operational efficiency.My leadership philosophy is based on a collaborative, “box-style” approach. I believe in listening to all perspectives, gathering insights, and involving my team in problem-solving. I assign specific roles and encourage accountability, ensuring that our solutions are data-driven and executed effectively. I always take the time to explain the purpose behind each action, resulting in an engaged, motivated workforce committed to achieving shared goals.I use an inspirational teaching method in everything I do. Through coaching sessions and feedback, I make sure my teams have clear short- and long-term goals to work towards.Outside of my professional career, I’ve been deeply involved in my community. I’ve spent 16 years working in youth ministry, where I’ve led programs that have had a lasting impact on young individuals. Additionally, I served on the board of my HOA for four years, contributing to the effective management of our community and resident engagement. I’m also proud of the charitable initiatives my teams and I have been involved in, earning recognition from organizations like the Red Cross, the Muscular Dystrophy Association, and the Heart Walk. My dedication to service and community engagement reflects my commitment to making a positive impact both inside and outside the workplace.
