• Extensive experience assisting clients with merger and acquisition activities and related purchase accounting and due diligence, including engagement of external and internal valuation resources.
• Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate with cross functional teams. Oversee execution of multiple audit engagements for both publicly held and privately held entities. This involves oversight of team members.
• Assist clients with complex accounting and financial reporting matters encountered as they grow and expand their business.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls and SEC reporting.
