Projects Plus has hundreds of end users and project stakeholders throughout California. The project scope included developing an n-tier application with a SQL Server back-end and web-based front end. Project included full-stack responsibility for network security, application development, connectivity with desktop productivity software, data exchange processes with customers and data providers, remote connectivity, and the development and delivering training materials and classes. Starting in 2012, lead development team to transition to Agile/ SCRUM delivery framework to delivering a web-based software application providing subscription-only access to statewide construction project pipeline product used by hundreds of users containing over 80M records. Working with project sponsor and client project team by facilitating the delivery organization’s migration from a traditional software development methodology to Agile. Managed Projects Plus product for statewide project tracking system including managing product vision, building the product roadmaps, release plans, and sprint plans. Deliver Maintenance & Operations support (M&O) using an Agile/Scrum approach with maintenance options organized using four-week sprint cadence.
