Managed and performed multidisciplinary projects such as property due diligence and site remediation (Phase I and II), regulatory compliance, program management, drinking water, storm water discharge permitting and monitoring, waste characterization and disposal management, SPCC program management, and health and safety oversight. • Waste Management – State and federal waste management responsibilities including waste characterization, disposal option evaluations, manifesting and waste tracking;• Data Analysis -Working knowledge of Microsoft office products including Access, Excel and Word and maintaining and analyzing large data sets for technical information, statistical analysis, and reporting;• Potable Water – Assess and provide support for potable water supply systems or other unplanned water issues associated with retail and corporate center locations; • Regulatory Compliance – Stormwater, Oil Pollution, Aboveground Fuel Oil Storage Tanks, SPCC Plans, etc.; • Health and Safety Management – On-site experience as a Health and Safety officer responsible for both in-house staff as well as subcontractor operations; and • Due Diligence - Property assessments, including Phase I and II ESAs.Projects varied from single sites to large portfolios of sites, some of which were included in State or Federally regulated (Superfund) remediation programs.
