The below are requirements in this role:-Identification and development of continuous improvement initiatives, with the goal of further reducing costs, improving service levels and improving freshness of product to the customer.-Execution of logistics projects in conjunction with logistics project team.-Heightened Seasonal Event management.-Day to day supply chain management and optimisation.-Development, maintenance and improvement of reporting/KPI mechanisms to provide insight and fuel improved performance.-Providing central support to a national buying network.-Supply chain systems management, data maintenance and reporting.-Sales Forecasting including the translation into Demand forecasts for business partners.-Insights generation through data analytics.-Situation management.-SAP, Aztec, Access, Excel and other software fluency.

The below were requirements in this role:-Monitor and manage the day to day operations of the Produce and Deli store forecasting team.-Encourage staff skill and business acumen development. -Enhance business performance by developing, driving and leading strategic initiatives such as new process implementation as well as development and testing of new forecast technology.-Manage, co-ordinate and communicate the future seasonal and promotional sales forecast with internal Woolworths Stakeholders as well as relevant external Logistics teams and local vendors.-Plan and execute major event sales forecast plans in conjunction with the Category Management Teams as well as the other arms of replenishment.-Collaborate and communicate with Category management teams.-Monitor and administer training for new and current direct reports.

The below were requirements in this role:-Use of forecasting systems and processes to achieve the best possible on-shelf availability in stores, improving sales & profit.-Effective management of all systems available to ensure an accurate promotional and baseline sales forecast is generated for stores.-Identify external influences affecting sales that the forecasting system cannot predict and effectively plan for these decreases/increases ensuring an accurate forecast.-Support the Assistant Store Replenishment Manager.
