Deploying planning skills, and knowledge of the corporate priorities and systems of the Trust to effectively support the development of Business Plans that both progress and influence organisational priorities.Project managing improvement work within Planning and Business Development, or, if appropriate, elsewhere within the Trust.Locating data and analysing it to produce market intelligence, competitor profiles, clinical service analysis, stakeholder contact lists and Locality/ CCG Profiles.Support the Trust in developing business intelligence and identifying areas for improvement and growth by analysing available relevant data (including Trust wide and national benchmarking).Facilitating innovation and improvement, including supporting the development and delivery of workshops.
