• Maintenance carried out on all mechanical systems of the aircraft from daily and pre-flight
• inspections to in-depth 300 hour servicing including bore-scope inspections of the Rolls Royce RTM322 gas turbine engine.
• Fault diagnosis and rectification on aircraft systems including but not limited to engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel system, flying controls and aircraft husbandry.
• Component replacement including but not limited to engines, main rotor head, gearboxes, all hydraulic components and flying controls.
• Aluminium sheet metal and composite repairs carried out.

• Heatric Plc, Dorset. Apprentice welder and fabricator of heat exchangers.
• Use of MIG and TIG welding equipment on mild and stainless steel varying in thickness form 0.8mm to 30mm.
• Fault testing of completed heat exchanger pressure vessels using helium pressure leak testing up to 1500psi.
• Extensive use of overhead gantry crane lifting and rotating large heat exchangers up to 25 tonne.
• Extensive use of plasma cutting and mechanical grinding equipment in the preparation of components to be welded.
