Mr. Balboni is a commercial diver with diverse field experience. His experience in underwater and topside projects has included inspections of bridges, bulkheads, cable laying, cofferdams, culverts, dams, dry docks, piers and pipelines. Mr. Balboni participated in various construction, rehabilitation, and inspection projects. These projects have included application of underwater coatings and epoxy, underwater concrete, burning, using heavy lift, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, welding, closed circuit video recording, still photography and non-destructive testing. He has safely conducted diving operations in capacities as both contractor and quality assurance for the owner. Mr. Balboni's construction dive team training qualified him as an ADCI Certified diver. He has been a team member for projects involving the inspection, rehabilitation and construction of coastal and inland structures. The combination of diving and mechanical skills and the ability to accomplish tasks above water and under water make him a valuable asset on any job site.Additional experience includes inspection and repair programs for potable water facilities, repair and maintenance in contaminated environments, as well as the installation, maintenance or removal of environmental barriers. All work was executed according to specific safety plans, resulting in a safe and successful project.
