As a drone platform lead for AIMS, I led a cross-functional engineering and business development team to develop autonomous drone solutions for warehouse inventory management. I designed a drone hardware architecture, defining key performance indicators and analyzing industry options to meet them effectively. By conducting in-depth interviews with more than 25 vendors, I identified and selected the top three platform providers, ensuring our solution leveraged the best technology available.I established a dedicated testing and integration team, managing recruitment, training, and mentorship to build a skilled and cohesive unit. Collaborating with operations, business development, and systems engineering teams, I led Proof of Value demonstrations to validate product-market fit, successfully deploying our research-driven solution with two initial warehouse customers.

- Collaborated with Design Release Engineers and suppliers to develop an effective and easy to use GUI utilizing scripting built into the Vehicle Spy software. GUI could be interfaced with the on-board diagnostics system, and allowed for real-time testing and monitoring of vehicle ECU’s and CAN buses. - Validated GUI performance by comparing theoretical performance results from simulations with production-level vehicle implementation and testing.

- Organized and directed a year-long chapter initiative to increase philanthropy, campus presence, and improve member academics in order to pass the Duke Greek Community Standards evaluation.
