This role kickstarted my transition from law into the world of Investments & Tech.Oui Capital is a Delaware based, early stage impact fund with a focus on the Sub-Saharan African region. My duties as Investment Analyst here encompassed:1. Assisting partners with end to end investment support.2. Contributing to due diligence processes (e.g. industry research, market mapping/sizing, financial analysis, and other data gathering).3. Synthesizing information to draft investment memorandums for investor readiness & fundraising process for portfolio companies.4. Tracking key metrics & trends on every startup reviewed or contacted by the team.5. Conducting the preliminary screening of prospective portfolio companies.

Personally oversaw the processing of a plethora of probate applications for a number of Pension Fund Administrators, notably: ARM Pensions.Handled the pre-incorporation, registration & post-incorporation processes of a diverse range of companies, as well as all relevant regulatory compliance.Delivered secretarial/corporate legal services to over a dozen Nigerian companies.

Responsible for:- Managing the social media platforms [Facebbook, Twitter, Instagram, Blog] of Jekalo, a ride-sharing tech company.- Creating interesting content to draw, interest and retain the interest of users [existing & prospective] concerning the brand. - Promoting campaigns targeted at reinforcing the ride-sharing/carpooling agenda being promoted by Jekalo on users.- Acquiring new users through offline marketing.- Drafting simple contracts, letters and proposals directed at prospective investors, partners and/or users.
