Improving company transportation spend outbound and inbound. Directly Manage Carrier Relationships and Support plant transportation personnel. I created a network that Insures a best in class transportation network without unnecessary liabilities. I Implemented practices and policies that develop abilities needed to succeed. Oversee a 42M yearly transportation spend, also in charge of all Powered Industrial Equipment PIE for MI’s Pennsylvania facilities. D.O.T. Compliance. Simplified and Improved operations lowered operating costs, Improved Dedicated Fleet Operations, Initiated Scan Off Truck with Sig. and OS&D capture, improved communications between carriers and Mi, Managed severe weather events, improved routing techniques, and am heavily involved with other initiatives such as improving customer satisfaction.
