With over 15 years of work experience in quality assurance and explosive testing, I am a (ASQ) certified quality engineer (CQE) who is passionate about ensuring the highest standards of safety, reliability, and performance in the aerospace and defense industry. I have a strong background in electrical and electronics engineering, and a proven track record of conducting review and approval of design specifications, purchase orders, and test procedures for manufacturing, test, and inspection activities. I am motivated by the mission of the space and defense industry , where I have worked for more than 15 years, to provide innovative and cost-effective solutions for the nation's most critical challenges.In my most recent role as a quality assurance engineer at Spectra Technologies, I was responsible for coordinating the review of supplier-related discrepant material, investigating the cause of defect or failure, and taking corrective and preventive actions. I also prepared reports and analyses, and performed special tasks as assigned in support of quality program objectives. In addition, I maintained the testing responsibilities of my previous position, where I safely performed various function tests of explosive, pyrotechnic, and pyrophoric articles. I designed and fabricated test fixtures and equipment, and operated and maintained test instrumentation and data acquisition systems. I also applied my skills in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation to ensure the quality and integrity of the test results.
