Business Analyst in D203-BeveragesManaged supply forecasting and demand planning for 4 beverage classes across 1,800 store locations, representing approximately $150M in revenue.Analyze sales history data to assess product performance and align buyer recommendations with demand for product acquisition as well as identify underperforming SKUs. Investigate and resolve inventory issues related to recalls, shipping mistakes, and store-specific sales anomalies, working with vendors and stores to determine why products are out of stock. Distribute daily sales reports to team members and prepare weekly forecast. Ensure team adheres to business unit/department budgets.• Implemented changes contributing to increased business unit product sales by 14.52% across all four item classes. Achieved nearly 50% increase in gross margin dollars over previous year.• Selected for month-long special project to conduct deep-dive analysis of department performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
