Led a 27 member division providing technical support and oversight for the Command's video teleconferencing (VTC) systems and over 1500 computers and peripheral devices valued in excess $3.6M. Managed the installation, configuration, operation and maintenance of the automated information systems and communications services in support of the Commanding General and USARCENT Staff within the Southwest Asia Theater. Coordinated with US Central Command and several Joint Headquarters in the support and integration of the Theater's coalition communication system: the Combined Enterprise Regional Information Exchange System (CENTRIXS).• Designed and installed the command’s unclassified network domain controller and email infrastructure systems dramatically increasing service availability within the headquarters• Planned the expansion of the Command’s unclassified VTC systems ensuring the link between the only deployed Army Service Component Command and Headquarters, US Army
